⚠️ Important: Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the SortAm platform. We take customer safety and satisfaction seriously.
Always arrive at the agreed time. If delayed, notify the customer immediately via phone or the SortAm app. Punctuality builds trust.
Provide a clear, honest estimate before starting any work. Never add hidden charges or surprise fees after the job begins.
Never demand full payment before starting work. Customers may pay a reasonable deposit (max 30%) where material costs apply. Balance is paid on completion.
Leave the customer's space as clean as you found it. Clean up debris, packaging, and tools before leaving. Your workspace reflects your professionalism.
Treat every customer's home with the utmost respect. Do not touch or move items unnecessarily. Keep noise to a minimum and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Never demand cash beyond the agreed price. All additional charges must be discussed and agreed before the work begins. Disputes are resolved through the SortAm platform.
Take pride in your craft. If you encounter an issue beyond your skill level, say so — recommending a specialist is more professional than botching a job.
Keep customers informed throughout the job. Update the app status in real time (Arrived, In Progress, Completed) so customers feel confident.
